Cancellation policy

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB.
For goods which are not custom-made (shoelaces, cleaning agents, impregnating agents), customers have a right of withdrawal according to the following conditions:


The customer must note that the following cancellation policy applies exclusively to goods from the online shop of creightivist.com, which are not custom-made. Any printed or otherwise individualized shoes produced by the company Eightball Distribution Warenhandels GmbH, Hohestadter Strasse 38, 97199 Ochsenfurt, Germany, are exclusively considered custom-made for the customer. These goods are excluded from the right of revocation and return according to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB. We refer to the separate General Terms and Conditions for goods with custom-made products:


You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
The revocation period is 14 days, starting from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by post or by e-mail.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you revoke this contract, we shall refund to you all payments we have received from you, less delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery from the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days of the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund.
We may refuse to make a refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
